Terms of Service

TixxHub ("TixxHub", "we", "us") provides an online platform at tixxhub.com that lets event organizers list events and lets attendees buy tickets using Mobile Money. By using TixxHub — whether browsing, buying a ticket, or organizing an event — you agree to these Terms.

1. What TixxHub does

TixxHub is a ticketing platform. We provide the technology to sell tickets, deliver them, and validate them at entry. Each event is run by an organizer who is responsible for the event itself. TixxHub is not the event organizer unless expressly stated.

2. Buying tickets

Tickets are purchased using Mobile Money through our payment processor, Paystack. When you buy, you provide a phone number and authorize a Mobile Money charge. On successful payment, your ticket is delivered by SMS and is also viewable on-screen, each with a unique code and QR image used for entry. You are responsible for keeping your ticket code private; anyone presenting a valid code may be admitted up to the limit of that ticket.

3. Payments and settlement

All payments are processed by Paystack. TixxHub does not store your card or Mobile Money credentials and does not hold your funds. Paystack processes each charge and settles funds to the platform/organizer according to its own terms. Prices are shown in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and include any fees stated at checkout.

4. Entry and validation

Each ticket carries a unique code. At the event, staff scan or enter the code; the system records the admission and prevents a code from being used beyond its allowed number of entries. A ticket that has reached its entry limit will be refused. Presenting a duplicated, altered, or already-used code may result in refused entry without refund.

5. Organizers

Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of their event details, for running the event, and for honoring the tickets sold. Organizers must not use TixxHub for unlawful events or to sell anything other than legitimate event admission. TixxHub may remove events or suspend organizers that violate these Terms or applicable law.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In summary: refund requests are considered case by case at the organizer's discretion, and if an event is cancelled or postponed, affected buyers receive a full refund to the Mobile Money number used for the purchase.

7. Accounts

You may buy as a guest or create an account using your email. Accounts let you view your past tickets. You are responsible for the security of your email and for activity under your account.

8. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to defraud the platform, resell tickets in violation of an organizer's rules, interfere with the service, or access it in an automated or abusive way.

9. Liability

TixxHub provides the platform "as is." To the extent permitted by law, TixxHub is not liable for the conduct of organizers or attendees, for events that are cancelled, postponed, or unsatisfactory, or for losses beyond the amount you paid for the ticket in question. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
